Deposits Required:
1: For stays of 2 nights full payment required.
2: For stays of more than two nights 25% as deposit and balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
3: If payment or deposit not received within 7 days of a tentative phone or internet booking we reserve the right to take another booking without further notice.

Cancellations:
1: All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00
2: 30 days prior to arrival = full refund
3: Less than 30 days = pro-rata loss of payment
4: Less than 7 days = loss of payment

Terms and Conditions:
This is a non-smoking property.    A strict no pet policy applies.    Animals are not permitted inside the property under any circumstances and the property does not have external yarding or facilities to keep pets secured.    The property is rented to accommodate only the number of persons specified and for the period stated.    No responsibility will be accepted by the owners for any personal property left on or around the premises.    As a tenant you are responsible for all damage, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy.    Please notify us immediately so we can come to an arrangement for replacement or repair.    The property is to be left as you found it with all dishes washed and all food removed from the refrigerator and cupboards.    An invoice for extra cleaning will be forwarded to you if these conditions are not adhered to.    If any of the above conditions are not adhered to the owners may refuse the key, amend the rent or immediately terminate your tenancy.
